These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and zg88 ("zg88", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any service on zg88, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the zg88 platform.
In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

If it is determined that a Player was under the minimum age at the time of registration, the Account will be closed and deposits returned in accordance with applicable procedures. Any winnings accumulated by an underage Player will be forfeited.
To open an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify zg88 promptly of any changes.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the zg88 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is a breach of this Agreement. If duplicate Accounts are identified, zg88 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all pending bets, and retain any balances pending investigation.
The zg88 Platform is not available to players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws. zg88 makes no representation that use of the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. zg88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security. If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact zg88 support immediately.
All information provided to zg88 must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification is a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.
Your Account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any third party to access or use your Account. You may not deposit funds on behalf of another person or accept deposits into your Account from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
zg88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zg88 does not apply currency conversion fees on standard PKR transactions.
The minimum deposit via JazzCash and EasyPaisa is PKR 200. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is PKR 500. These thresholds may be subject to change; the current minimums are always displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed and credited to your Account balance in real time under normal circumstances. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect depending on the originating bank's processing times. zg88 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
By depositing funds, you confirm that the money is from a legitimate source and does not derive from any criminal activity. zg88 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.
All withdrawal requests require the Account holder to have completed KYC identity verification. Required documentation typically includes a valid CNIC or passport and a recent selfie or proof of address. Accounts that have not completed KYC will have withdrawal requests held pending verification. zg88 strongly encourages Players to complete KYC before making their first deposit rather than waiting until a withdrawal is requested.
Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within 24 hours of approval under normal circumstances. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.
Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically feasible. zg88 reserves the right to require alternative withdrawal methods in specific circumstances and will communicate this to the Player where applicable.
zg88 does not charge fees on standard withdrawal amounts. The PKR amount approved for withdrawal is the PKR amount that will be transmitted to your designated payment method, subject to any fees applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider, which are outside zg88's control.
All bonuses and promotional offers issued by zg88 are subject to wagering requirements. You must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement in full before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
All bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards issued by zg88 are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed using real-money bets placed on eligible games. The wagering contribution of different game categories may vary — for example, slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements whereas live dealer games and sports betting may contribute a different percentage as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
zg88 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, employing low-risk betting patterns solely to extract bonus value, or any other strategy that zg88 determines is inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
Bonus funds and free spins are subject to expiry periods as stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and uncompleted wagering requirements are forfeited without compensation. It is the Player's responsibility to be aware of and comply with bonus expiry conditions.
All casino games available on the zg88 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios whose random number generators (RNGs) have been independently tested and certified. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available for all games in the zg88 lobby. zg88 does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, zg88 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Account. zg88 is not liable for any loss claimed to result from a technical malfunction beyond the return of the original stake where the bet is voided.
Sports betting markets on zg88, including all PSL cricket markets, Pakistan international cricket matches, and other sports events, are governed by the specific rules published for each market type. In cases of match abandonment, postponement, or result disputes, the applicable market rules shall determine the outcome of affected bets. zg88's determination of the result of any sporting bet shall be final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
zg88 reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including Account suspension, fund retention pending investigation, voiding of bets, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
zg88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively and may access them at any time via Account Settings.
Self-exclusion removes access to the Platform for a defined period chosen by the Player. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be closed and no new account may be registered using the same personal details. All content on the zg88 Platform including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and design elements is the intellectual property of zg88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written consent of zg88.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zg88 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory of liability, and whether or not zg88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
zg88's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes zg88's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting zg88 support. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all applicable verification requirements have been met and no outstanding investigations are pending.
zg88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC, or regulatory requirements. Where permitted, zg88 will provide reasonable notice of termination. In cases of serious breach, termination may be immediate and without prior notice.
Upon Account termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to sections on Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law.
This Agreement and any dispute arising in connection with your use of the zg88 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operations. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under applicable international commercial arbitration rules.
zg88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, zg88 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically.
